Agency Account Manager
- About the role
We are seeking an experienced Agency Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly in enterprise-level accounts. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring that their marketing needs are being met, and helping to drive revenue growth for the agency. The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients is a must, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments within the agency.
- Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level client accounts and act as the main point of contact for all marketing-related activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, working to understand their business needs and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, media, analytics) to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet the client's objectives.
- Ensure that all client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to inform ongoing optimizations and recommendations.
- Upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients, helping to drive revenue growth for the agency.
- Manage client budgets, forecasting and invoicing.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in account management or a related role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and developing marketing strategies for complex organizations.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms) is preferred.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders within the agency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Pay range
$45,000 – $60,000
The salary range for this position may differ based on your work experience.
