Shira has over 25 years of experience leading strategic marketing campaigns, which have led to over $300 million in pipeline creation. She has provided strategic marketing and change management consulting for companies across the globe. Her accomplishments include doubling revenue over a single year as acting CMO and creating marketing plans which led to large funding rounds for multiple startups. She also worked with numerous scale-ups to level-up their messaging and branding to help them land enterprise clients, and worked with multiple enterprises to drive successful change management.
She has worked with both UL Solutions and Siemens for several years helping implement our proprietary S.C.A.L.E. ABM framework. Shira taught as a Professor of Marketing for Startups at Tel-Aviv Jaffa Academic College and currently serves as a Lecturer of Marketing for Startups in the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology at UC Berkeley. She has helped build underdeveloped nations volunteering as a Startup Marketing Mentor with USAID and has lectured worldwide on marketing at conferences and universities. Shira holds an EMBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
Leda drives the design and visual impact of everything we do. Since 2018, her creative work has helped Hunter & Bard win five platinum and three gold Hermes Creative Awards, given by the American Marketing Association.
Her engineering-focused approach allows her to visually translate complex systems across a wide range of industries, helping simplify granular and technical information. Working across our full set of branding — advertising, informational videos, eBooks, websites and more — she delivers cohesive, integrated results on all projects. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering design from the Technical University of Sofia.

Noah is a veteran enterprise journalist and communications professional with more than 15 years of experience working in newsrooms and on in-house marketing teams. His expert research and investigative journalism skills have won him three SPJ Awards, two National Headliner Awards and an Edward R. Murrow Award. He has also written for and managed publications for large, public-facing organizations. He has helped conceive and launch content strategies from inception.
Noah has also hosted a podcast and has worked extensively across digital, print, audio and visual media. He is an adjunct professor at Loyola University Maryland and is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara.
